NICS has been disseminating new technologies to farmers at an early stage and increasing the yield through standardization of cultivation technology from transplanting to harvesting.

Developing and disseminating cultivation technology to reduce upland production cost

    • Using seeding machine for soybean and double vinyl coating technology for potato
    • 73% reduction of working time, increased farmers' income by KRW 1,682,000/10a(2.9 times increased compare to rice single crop)
    • Double vinyl coating cultivation shorten 7 days of appearance compare to the conventional one when did early seeding (25days → 18days)
    • Soybean double cropping cultivation area : 10ha (2010) → 135ha (2014) - 13.5 times growth
  • Harvesting for millet: reduced 20 hrs/10a of labor (improved concave sieve and controlled wind)
